The season’s about to start, here’s a look back on Tom’s more memorable performances. Everything from Sky Sports coverage to the playoff where Tom captured the Citadelle Trophy International.
With 2 weeks of qualification, Tom battled through tough conditions to finish inside the all important Top 120 (Cat 12) of EuroPro Tour Q School. This means Tom should get into every event this year.
Tom had been working harder than ever to get back to full fitness. We are happy to report that his game is progressing nicely and plans to play the full 2016 season! Here’s to a successful and injury free year!
After a frustrating 7 months of resting his back from a fractured L3 vertebra, Tom seems to be on the mend and is ready to pick up where he left off last year with a full medical exemption on The Alps Tour.
Tom is to undergo a minor back procedure in an attempt to quell the pain that he has been having since January this year due to some wear and tear on his facet joints. Tom hopes to be back in action by the end of the month.
Tom is awaiting an MRI scan on the 3rd June to determine whether or not his back injury will require further attention. After seeking advice from an orthopaedic specialist, rest has been advised for now.
Having played two tournaments throughout April in both Spain and Tunisia, Tom has had a tough start to 2015 due to back problems. He has had to retire injured in Tunisia this week to avoid further injury.
